![]() Both Breanna and Sunny confirmed it wouldn't be an issue, and that Songbitd also doesn't beleive in any of that, but they clearly do and just lied to get the spot filled lmfao. I dont beleive in full physical/following through/DTT/intensive ABA for certain reasons. They promise reimbursement which is great, but it's an extra process you have to do yourself if you want it. Make sure to keep your own log of every minute you work bc in spite all of the tedious systems and process to complete your appointment, they will STILL short you on payday. Their data collecting system is awful, but I've noticed this is a repeat pattern across all ABA services. They are 100% money hungry (similar to C.A.R.D). They also get a lot of tax breaks for that. They try to get their employees to buy stocks and resell it for them. I'm pretty sure thats the actual reason they are doing this. This company also cares more about their stocks/investments. Its almost like she's on drugs or something. After they lied to us that the company doesn't operate during the weekends. They then tried to get us to do a makeup during the weekend. As if I'm the one who scheduled myself for a mandatory meeting during my session. This happened to me the first time and they literally got mad at me. And they don't care if you end up missing session with your client. They schedule it last minute, usually 2 hours away from you. She gossips a lot and it has made my family too uncomfortable to even go to her. The family care Op that is assigned to us is also very unprofessional. She just talks over them and says "okay so 30 hours it is!!!". Family also has told them they are only available for less hours, to which she will completely ignore. Tbh, the family is also upset that she keeps forcing them to do +30 hours of therapy per week. All the current targets are beyond the kids skill level. ![]() She also has no clue of approaches like behavior shaping. that's not my problem if you, THE BCBA, aren't checking daily notes. Her reason was "well you didn't TELL me to check the daily notes you submit, so how was i supposed to know about x, y, and z?". She recently went on a company chat and accused me of not doing my job. And the one she has attempted to create completely goes against what we tell her. Everytime we tell her she says all surpised "omg really? Why didn't you tell me before?" pretends to make a note on a piece of paper Its been weeks that I, family, and OT tell the bcba exactly what the kids sensory needs are. She has acted like everything I and parents report to her is "news". She also doesn't want to do her job at all. She's always assuming things of me and talking over me. Except for the natural play that I have decided to implement. Its been 5 weeks and no programs have been made for my kid. My current family has had a miserable time as have I since we started with Songbird. The west coast USA services seem a lot better). I'm currently stuck in this job (midwest USA area sucks balls. It seems so awesome but the "awesome" workers aren't going to help if you get stuck with a sh*tty one. Its very remotely operated (expect your team to be in another country/state).
